At Molino Alimonti, we treat the wheat as gently as possible, subjecting it to a process that involves washing, flaking, softening, opening and transformation.

It may come as a surprise that the company also has its own advanced Research and Development division, capable of anticipating market evolutions and creating new products that are highly esteemed all over the world.

Alimonti has always believed in innovation, and for this reason its factories are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and high technology machinery.

The Guardiagrele factory, which is the original establishment, is organised for the production of soft grain flour, with a milling capacity of 300 tons/day.

The recently completed factory in Ortona is the fulcrum of the continuous evolution of the Alimonti Group.

It is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and is capable of grinding various types of wheat, and packaging the mixes. The factory has a milling capacity of 500 tons/day

The Rome factory, which is one of the most advanced in Italy, is equipped with three grinding sections.

It can mill up to 1,280 tons/day of soft wheat, Manitoba wheat and durum hard wheat per day.
