PRONTO PIZZA SOJA
Mix for the preparation of soja pizza.

Basic recipe:
Pronto Pizza Soia 10 kg; water 5,5 l; olive oil 800 g; fresh yeast 600 g.
Mix all ingredients with a spiral mixer: 3 min. on 1° speed , 7 min. on 2° speed. Divide the dough in the desired weight according to the trays, let the dough rest for 20 min., roll out with roller or sheeter, place into the tray, let the dough rise for approx. 30 min., place toppings as desired, bake without steam at 200/220°C.
Master Tip: If dried yeast is used instead of fresh yeast, please use 1/3 of the above indicated quantity.
