Quality represents a daily challenge for all the sectors involved in the manufacturing process, from production to management, from the technical department to the operators.

All Alimonti employees have their own specific role to play in promoting and implementing the concept of Quality in the Company.

Traceability

This process tracks the product from start to finish, ensuring that all the information is available for each step.

It is used to reconstruct the history of each individually and materially identifiable product, through each production phase, from transformation to distribution, by keeping documentary records of the flow of materials and the operators in the chain.

The following integrated information systems are used to maintain traceability:
- Mill information system
– Flour information system
– Management information system

and allow the company to keep records of:
– each wheat delivery
– wheat storage quantity and silo
– type and quantity of wheat used
- the types of wheat used to produce the flour
– the composition of all the batches of any given mixture
– the composition of all the packaging batches

- description (e.g.: 0 type B).
